Free Shipping Policy
• Choose the following strategies based on product price distribution:
Shipping is free on orders over $60. Shipping is $20 on orders under $60.
The transportation process (working days) is as follows:
Delivery time = Processing time (order preparation time) + Shipping time

Once we receive your order information, we will process your order:
(1) Check inventory.
(2) Confirm whether the items in your order need to be customized.
(3) Check your delivery address.
(4) Please reconfirm whether the goods in your order comply with our shipping policy.
(5) If everything is ready, your order will be shipped from our warehouse.
Please be sure to provide a detailed delivery address (street number required). Otherwise, our customer service team will notify you separately. This may cause shipping delays.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number and tracking website.

The delivery time we mentioned is only an estimate and mainly depends on the shipping time.
The stock levels shown on our website are based on the stock levels we receive from our own warehouses or manufacturer warehouses. Stock levels may change rapidly. Please do not schedule an electrician based on the stock levels and delivery times shown on our website. An electrician only needs to be scheduled once the item has arrived.

When the maximum side length of the package exceeds 60 cm, customs duties will be incurred. Normally, the customs duty rate is about 5%. If customs duties are incurred, we will bear 20% of the amount. Normally, the customs duty amount is 0-$23 USD per piece.

Delayed delivery compensation
If the goods are not delivered on time, we are very sorry for the delay and will provide you with a 10% compensation for the delay in receiving the goods. We will do our best to ensure that the goods arrive on time.
